STAGING CONSULTATIONS
Elegant Freestyle ReDecorators offer a Consultation & Walk through service. We will meet with you to discuss your goals and expectations and go through an 8-step, home staging process while going through the home as a buyer would - and gathering those all important ‘first impressions’. Because each home is different we will offer you a proposal based on the home’s needs, your budget and time frame.
For sellers who choose to do all the work themselves Elegant Freestyle ReDecorators takes numerous photos both inside and out and gives a detailed analysis with specific recommendations to help get top dollar for your home. This includes instructions for all prep work and the actual Staging. Once the seller completes the work Elegant Freestyle ReDecorators comes back for the final touches. Instructions are also given to best showcase the house during showings and to keep it in Staged condition.
